Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued and the limitations related to purchases made on our platform.
1. General Refund Policy
UI UX Pro operates under a strict no refund policy. This applies to all digital products, services, and subscriptions available on the platform, including but not limited to:
- Pro and Business Account Subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
- Marketplace Digital Assets (design templates, fonts, icons, etc.)
- Event and Workshop Fees
All payments made through UI UX Pro are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
2. Subscriptions
Pro and Business Account Subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a Pro or Business account, you gain immediate access to premium features, including advanced tools, enhanced portfolios, exclusive content, and more.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled. Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription term.
3. Marketplace Purchases
All digital assets sold through the UI UX Pro Marketplace are final sale, with no refunds provided once a purchase is completed. This policy covers, but is not limited to:
- Digital design templates
- Tutorials or design resources
- Illustrations, icons, and other digital assets
Before making any purchases on the marketplace, please review the product descriptions and details carefully. We encourage buyers to contact sellers directly for any clarifications before completing a transaction.
UI UX Pro is not responsible for any disputes or dissatisfaction between buyers and sellers related to marketplace transactions. Any issues regarding purchased digital assets must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
4. Events and Workshops
All payments made for participation in events, workshops, or webinars hosted by UI UX Pro are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event or workshop for which you have registered, we will not issue a refund.
However, you may contact us at info@uiuxpro.co to inquire if a recorded session or alternative participation option is available.
5. Exceptions
While we maintain a no-refund policy in general, UI UX Pro may, under rare and exceptional circumstances, provide refunds at our sole discretion. These exceptions include, but are not limited to:
- A technical error that resulted in multiple charges for the same transaction.
- Issues arising from payment processing errors.
For any refund inquiries, please contact our support team at info@uiuxpro.co within 7 days of the transaction date.
Any refund issued will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
